We’d never stayed in a five star hotel before and it was great. A real treat. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, the pool and spa really clean and calm, the rooms big, beds massive and very comfortable, and staff friendly and nice. My only thing was the noise from the traffic with the window open but that’s Istanbul. Otherwise it was a good location. Would recommend.

We had a very delightful experience staying at Divan, Istanbul. We arrived very late at night and had requested an extra rollaway bed for our room. Although the bed was not initially set up, the hotel staff quickly realized the oversight and immediately arranged for the rollaway bed to be brought in and set up without much delay. Understanding the inconvenience this might have caused us, they very thoughtfully sent a small snack plate to our room the next day, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic — situated right next to Taksim Square, it offered incredibly easy access to all the attractions, shopping areas, and eateries in and around the Taksim area. Whether it was a casual stroll down İstiklal Street or a quick hop to nearby restaurants and cafés, everything was conveniently close by, making it very easy for us to explore the city without needing much transportation. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was a real delight — clean, serene, and a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We also had the opportunity to enjoy the Hamam and other wellness amenities, which were beautifully maintained and offered a truly rejuvenating experience. Overall, our stay at Divan Istanbul was memorable and full of wonderful moments. We would definitely recommend Divan Istanbul to anyone visiting the city and would love to stay here again on our next trip!
