Disappointing Experience for a Supposed 5-Star Hot

The hotel has a nice exterior and looks promising at first glance. However, the rooms are extremely small, and overall, the hotel barely qualifies as a 4-star establishment, let alone five. Breakfast was repetitive and very limited in variety, far below the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. The restaurant manager and several staff members were unprofessional — their uniforms were not even ironed, and they spoke loudly and constantly, which was quite disturbing during meals. Cleanliness was another major issue. Our room was dusty and had mold in several areas, including on the bed. When I pointed it out to the staff, the responsible person only apologized without taking any real action. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say this hotel — despite being a local Turkish brand — falls far short compared to international luxury hotels. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to travelers expecting true 5-star service and quality.

Truly a 5 star hotel

Amazing hotel and staff. Our favorite 1 out of 6 on a 14 day trip. Top-notch. The only exception is the shower cap rule for the pool which was not consistently applied and made my 16 yr old feel targeted as a black teen girl when the white child played in all areas of the pool without being told they needed a hair cap until I informed the staff when we exited. And the hair stylist was amazing as well. My daughter gas never been happier with a salon hairdo.

The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, but it's situated in the midst of motorways and highways, with no shops, supermarkets, or anywhere to take a leisurely stroll. You're essentially surrounded by an industrial area and a maze of highways/motorways.

Really nice hotel and amazing staff, especially Silvan and Sanaz, we had a small issue and they sorted it out within minutes. The gym and spa are AMAZING. I had aassage and the massage therapist was great. The coffee and cake place are great, the staff was really nice, same with the Grill restaurant. We are coming back again in May, we can't wait. Thank you 😀

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the 5-star service and exceptional attention to detail. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was beyond our expectations, and we were particularly struck by the warmth and professionalism of your staff. A special thank you goes to Gulаndam, who made our visit to the hotel even more special and welcoming. She was not only hardworking and attentive, but also gave us a wonderful tour of the spa area. We noticed her cleaning the locker rooms, gym, and sauna areas multiple times, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured by the high level of cleanliness. Her genuine hospitality truly enhanced our experience. We also have to mention that the breakfast was absolutely delicious!
