كانت إقامتي في فندق Green Palmiye Hotel رائعة جداً. الخدمة كانت ممتازة والموظفون متعاونون ولطفاء للغاية. الفندق نظيف جداً ومريح، كما أن موقعه مميز وقريب من وسائل النقل مما جعل التنقل سهلاً جداً. السعر كان مناسباً جداً مقارنة بمستوى الخدمة المقدمة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان الإفطار ممتازاً ومتنوعاً. قضيت أسبوعاً ممتعاً للغاية، وبالتأكيد سأعود للإقامة مرة أخرى في المستقبل القريب My stay at Green Palmiye Hotel was wonderful. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and its location was great, close to public transportation which made getting around very easy. The price was very reasonable for the level of service provided. In addition, the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. I spent a very enjoyable week and will definitely return again in the near future.

Pretty disappointed with my stay unfortunately. Staff were nice, but there were quite a few things wrong. Upon entering my non-smoking room, I was greeted by an ashtray. The light fixture was broken and upon inspection I could see dirt/ash in the light. The shower attachment was broken, the air-conditioner had not been cleaned in a while and was covered in mold. The fridge was caked in a block of frost, and it was often noisy inside and out. In my week there, my room was cleaned only once. I asked about this after 3 days and was told house cleaning must be requested which I thought was a little odd. Lots of marks on the walls of the room and wall paper was peeling at bits in the room.

Excellent service!!!

Me and my friend stayed 11 days. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ikram is a kind and caring gentleman. They made sure our stay is comfortable and were happy at all times. Breakfast was good served with refreshing turkish tea. Thank you Green Palmiye Hotel!

I had an awesome experience! The Turkish breakfast was always complete and delicious. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Short walking distance to the Metrobus station and hotel located in a safe district. Highly recommend for families visiting Istanbul! Shout out to Tolga,Ekrem and other staff for their exceptional hospitality, service and attention!
