The room was dirty. Cleaning is so bad. Hair on bed as if bedsheets weren’t changed. Urine on toilet seat. We arrived after a 7 hour flight and we were very tired just to enter a room that was disgusting. When the cleaning lady came to clean the toilet she tried to convince me that it was already clean and then she cleaned it with a kitchen towel without detergent, thats like smearing urine from one place to another. I was shocked. Will never go there again.

The location was the best, love the terrace and the view of the gala tower and the city. The staff was super attentive and nice. Breakfast was delicious and great variety. However, no noise insulation in the room thus you could hear the next room and when they used the bathroom as well. The room chosen was ok but smaller than expected.

Breakfast was very good, the View from the rooftop is amazing, we could see Galata tower as well as Sofia, Blue and Suleiman mosques. The location is fantastic, the only thing is that room is too small, but for the price, location and service it totally worth it. I definitely come back to stay here

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — everything was perfect! The service was excellent, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the center, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, and just a short walk from the Galata Tower — such an amazing area to explore! The front desk staff were fantastic — super friendly and helpful. They even helped me arrange my shuttle to the airport and were always very attentive. I totally recommend this hotel 100%! I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Galata Times Hotel. We had a stunning view from our room. The restaurant also has immaculate views! İt was in a convenient location with public transport near by. Lots of cafes and places to dine out close by too. A big shout out to Shahin at the reception desk as he was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond for us! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Will be back if we visit Istanbul in the future.
