Staff front of house weren’t always helpful or friendly. Asked to speak to the manager to resolve an issue and they refused to come out saying they were in a meeting every opportunity i suggested. I chose this hotel for their pool as I had a young child who lives to swim. Didn’t find out till after check in that pool is restricted to children 8 years and over. This was not made clear on any publication online. Went to breakfast once and couldn’t get any gluten free options when requested. Stopped going. I travel to Istanbul a lot and will certainly not be staying here again

Comfortable Stay With a Few Issues

I stayed at this hotel and it is good overall, but there are a few issues. The lights at the entrance to the garage mostly don’t work, or their brightness is too low. I mentioned this before, but nothing has changed. Also, the towels feel more like bed sheets rather than proper towels.

The hotel has a great location, the food was delicious, and the room size was excellent as well. However, the rooms were not cold enough, so I think the cooling system needs some improvement.

Average Experience – Could Be Better

The guest rooms were quite small, and the towels were very thin — almost like using a bed sheet. The elevators operated slowly, and we later discovered that pressing the “Force” button was necessary to call them to our floor. After my surgery in Turkey, I found the parking area where we left our car to be poorly lit; it was so dark that I nearly tripped several times. Some of the motion-activated lights were either not working or did not provide sufficient brightness. When I inquired about a nearby pharmacy, I was given incorrect information — I was told it was closed on Saturday, but fortunately, I checked Google and found it was actually open. Overall, I would rate my experience a 6 out of 10.
