An amazing hotel stay

I stayed for 6 nights nights. The people at the front desk were amazing . The Hotel location is about less than a quarter mile from the main tourist areas. Overall , a nice stay in a very nice city! and peoples

Annem Istanbul'da kanser tedavisi goruyor. Yanlarinda kaldigimiz akrabamiz koronaya yakalaniyor. Biz de mecburiyetten hem hastaneye yakin, temiz ve butcemizi asmayan bir otelde kalmak durumundaydik. Odaya girdigimizde yerlerde uzun uzun saclar savruluyordu ve banyonun giderinde de saclar birikmis temizlenmemis sekildeydi. Anneme hijyenik bir ortam saglamak adina ben temizlemeye calistim. Dogal olarak degerlendirmemi kotu de degil orta olarak vermistim. Fakat aksamina otel yoneticisi beni arayarak neden olumsuz bir degerlendirme yaptiniz seklinde benden hesap sordu ve uzerine kalan gecenin ucretini verecegini bize otelden ayrilmamizi soyledi. Annemin tedavisi devam ettigi icin biz ayrilamadik tabii. Bir musteri olarak olani oldugu sekilde degerlendirmem suc mu? En azindan musteri girmeden odanin durumunu kontrol etmeniz gerekmez miydi diye sordugumda musteri girmeden hangi birini kontrol edicem seklinde cevap verdi. Olumsuz degerlendirerek ekmegimle oynuyorsunuz. Bir de o isini duzgun yapmayan temizlik gorevlisini de yarin kapiya koymayi bilirim diyerek tehdit etmeye calisti. Velhasil belki temizlik sorunu unutulabilirdi ama aksamin o saatinde telefonla hem hasta annemin hem de bizim huzurumuzu bozup cikmakla tehdit etmesi yetti. Yalan yanlis degerlendirme yaptigimi dusunmuyorum. Sadece bize yasattiklarini ifade etmek istedim.

Me gustó la ubicación y la amabilidad de la señora de la recepción, quien en todo momento respondió agradablemente a nuestras necesidades y nos prestó muy amablemente toda la ayuda que solicitamos. Sin embargo, la habitación no reunía unas condiciones adecuadas, dadas principalemte por la naturaleza de su construcción. Ubicado en una "planta baja", en realidad semisótano, el "apartamento" tenía las ventanas situadas en la parte superior de la pared, y daban al suelo de la calle. El sistema de oscurecimiento consistía únicamente en unas cortinas que en absoluto impedían la entrada de la luz, y tengamos en cuenta que en Estambul amanece muy temprano... La otra nota negativa, los ruidos; el mueble de cocina, bajo la escalera de madera directamente, y el techo, de madera. Desde que el huésped de la habitación superior llegaba, cualquier paso que daba resonaba en la habitación. Además, la puerta de la calle daba un portazo enorme al cerrarse, y cualquier conversación en recepción se escuchaba perfectamente. Dormir de un tirón era misión imposible. Por último, aunque tratábamos de ventilarla, la habitación olía a humedad permanentemente, y el techo del baño estaba muy manchado de moho. En cuanto a accesibilidad, inexistente, pero eso en la zona vieja se extiende a las calles, por lo que si una persona tiene problemas de movilidad, no solo no recomendamos este hotel, sino tampoco esta zona de la ciudad. Hizo el apaño y salió bien de precio, pero no posee condiciones adecuadas.

Excelente estadía

El apartamento está reacondicionado totalmente. Es luminoso y el area en la que se encuentra permite descansar sin problemas durante la noche. Nos han atendido súper bien y con interés en solucionar o evacuar dudas. Muy buena ubicación por encontrarse en una zona súper turística. Dispone de acceso a la avenida Kenedy para tomar el bus o a la línea T1 del tranvía. Para llegar a este último lo único a tener en cuenta es que se debe subir una barranca.

Bon Hôtel

Je suis content de mon séjour +++ Hôtel accueillant, personnel sympa , proximité de bazars et lieux historiques, possibilité de parler en anglais. le seul point négatif est le fait de faire une montée à pieds pendant 5-8 minutes pour arriver à la station de tram ce qui est pas facile pour les personnes âgées. Sinon tout est très bien.
