The staff are exceptional, reception, room staff, breakfast, everyone. The breakfast were very goods d the cleaning staff were very prompt and did a great job. There was a shortage of clothe hangers which needs to be addressed, that is my only complaint.

Decent hotel at a good price. Very helpful staff in all departments; e.g. Reception and Restaurant. Good location; walking distance to most points of interest and reasonable restaurants. Recommend Ozi Pizza (they do more than pizzas and pasta).

En terminos de limpieza y servicio el hotel esta muy bien. El desalluno podria mejorar en variedad. Nos disguto el hecho de que apagan los aires acondicionado. Ellos alegan que como afuera esta frio no se necesita el aire. Entonces hay que dejar la ventana abierta y el ruido que entra de la calle no deja descansar. El cuarto se sentia calienta. La ubicación del hotel no es apta para personas mayores con dificultad de mobilidad. Para accesar las areas turisticas hay que subir varias pendientes.

While the room wasn't spotless I did like the ambiance of the hotel. It's quaint and personal and the bed felt good. The shower was hot and perfect place to stay if you want to walk to all the landmarks.

The hotel is in old town and is a typical hotel in that area. Walking in the area requires walking up large hills, which is also typically in that area. The staff was wonderful and will to help with anything you need. Breakfast was very good and they offered made to order eggs and omelettes. Room is standard size and comfortable, air conditioning worked well. They set up transportation to airport for us!

The room was very clean and the staff were very kind :) breakfast was self serve however was always topped up if it ran out and there was also a large variety which changed every day and the air conditioning in the room worked well, overall a great experience and would definitely recommend

Bed very comfortable, pillows average. Bedrooms and bathroom weren’t cleaned properly throughout the week’s stay. The sink was merely wiped with clear soap marks still visible and taps not wiped at all on some occasions. Broken toilet seat that nipped skin. Staff smoking out on the front steps which you had to walk through. Breakfast is heavily based on processed meat and cheese. Yogurt not fresh everyday, syrups and jams in massive bowls with flies about. Two slice toaster insufficient and slow. Generally only white sliced bread available. Not healthy breakfast choices, chips, fried onion rings, and other deep fried items.

The room was nice and cool. We didn’t need ac or heat the time we were there. Staff was great. Enes was super helpful and the evening guy gave us a great recommendation for a rooftop restaurant overlooking the bay that was perfect.
