They respond well.

Though it is a nonsmoking hotel someone smoked in the first room they issued. The friendly staff quickly responded and gave me a fresh room where there was no scent of smoke.

If you are not a smoker do not stay here. My throat was burning as the lobby , my room smelled of smoke. If you smoke fine if you do not your health can be at serious risk. Expedia refuses to do anything about this , I had to fit a bill for another hotel and the manager refused to refund my stay even partially when I had to check out the same day I checked in because I couldn't breathe.
