Pleasant hotel, breakfast is very good, nice safe area. But more like a 3 -4 star hotel experience in terms of toiletries, no toothpaste... No welcome kit, certainly a bit underwhelming. I asked for a quiet room but kept getting awaken by noise from the hallway.

Great location, centrally located from all the major attractions in Istanbul. The rooms are dated and could use some upgrades, but staffs were amazing, and fast in responding to guests’ needs. Highly recommended.

Really helpful staff / during our stay but also before, when we were looking to arrange airport transfers. Pool and spa area is delightful, as is the reception area and bar. Our room was a good size and had everything we could need. Loved the shower and the shampoo/shower gel/soap was also lovely. Well located for public transport (bus and metro) and also easy to get uber taxis. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Professional staff, Great food & coffee. The view from the 212 restaurant is special, we celebrated a milestone birthday there. If staying here, I recommend requesting a river view room above the 3rd floor. The rooms and room service are very good as well. The beds are very soft so if you prefer firm you will need to consider this. There is not much in the way of cafes and facilities in the immediate area but there is plenty within a short cab ride.

Food is very good and the servyand helpfulness of the staff is excellent. Aircon quite noisy to get a suitable temperature. Great stay but at the more expensive end.
