Room was small but clean and with a great view. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, cheeses, marmalade, bread, and pastries. Coffee was very weak. Kitchen staff were very nice. They offer laundry service for 3 euros per Kg. Very convenient.

It was a wonderful experience, nothing to complain about at this incredible place, the staff were amazing, helpful, smiley faces all the time, I would like to thank the young men in the reception Mohamed and Matin that were very helpful, Mohamed gave us his own toothpaste when we didn’t find one in the room, and Matin helped us to book the Bosfor tour and was always there ready to answer out questions, the sweet lady in the breakfast service was lovely and smiley. The included buffet breakfast in the rooftop terrace was amazing! We especially loved the beet and yogurt salad (just try it!) and the carrot, cabbage and dill salad. Not normally something we'd eat for breakfast but the food and experience was spectacular!! The rooms had a beautiful Turkish feel and look.
