The manager Khalid was friendly and helpful. He did what he could to welcome me into the property. Unfortunately the spot AC was not working and the stairs were very narrow. Which makes it hard to claim it with any suitcase. However; Khalid helped me with my luggage and offer some breakfast for free. Thank you Khalid

Oda temiz değil perdeler tam kapanmıyor camlardan buz gibi hava geliyor elektrik kesilip durdu giriş saatinden yaklaşık 5 saat geç girmemize rağmen ve önden aramamıza rağmen odayı hazırlamamışlardı duşakabin kapağının yarısı yok odada su ısıtmak için makina dahi yoktu koydukları bardaklar ve çatal bıçaklar pisti geceleri resepsiyonda birini bulmanız mümkün değil.

Sadece uyuyacak uygun bir yer arıyorsanız tercih edilebilir ama onun dışında sifon çalışmıyordu, çalışanlar ilgisizdi. Konum olarak da otele giderken çok güvende hissetmedim biraz korkutucuydu.

Noch nie so was furchtbares gesehen. Vom Gestank nach kaltem Rauch abgesehen, war der Dreck. Überall Haare, Staub, Flecken, eine angebrochene (halb leer) Wasserflasche, WC mit Bremsspuren, nicht funktionierende Dusche (Duschbrause lag einfach am Boden und konnte nicht auf dem Schlauch montiert werden), Schimmel, klebriges Geschirr und weiss gar nicht wo aufhören. Hatten insgesamt 2 Zimmer gebucht (eine davon über einen anderen Anbieter) und beide in einem ähnlich desolaten Zustand. Als ich reklamierte hat man uns ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, was aber nicht besser war. Haben nach einer Stunde ausgecheckt und kurzfristig ein anderes Aparthotel gebucht.
