Don’t expect good service there. I lost my key card, and the staff told me to come back later for a replacement. They don’t know anything about hospitality. Plus, the cleaning service is only provided every three days. The only good thing is that the building is still new, and the area is nice.

I had a wonderful stay at The Superior Living Kağıthane in Istanbul. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—central yet quiet, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat. A special thanks to Hüseyin at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive . I highly recommend The Superior Living Kağıthane and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul!

Müşteri memnuniyetini önemsemeyen, 3 kişi kaldığımız halde 3. yatak açılmamış gece arayıp söylediğimizde de kendimizin inip yorgan yastık almamız gerektiğini söyleyen personel… müşteriye yaklaşımları asla misafirperver değil. Girişte depozito alınıyor sanki odayı yerle bir edip kaçacakmışız gibi çıkışta o depozitoyu da iade edemediler becerip. Otelin tek güzel tarafı giriş katında bulunan işletmesinin de şükür ki başkasına ait olduğu kafeterya.
