Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

The description does not specify that the standard room is in the pavilion outside the central part of the hotel, difficult to access, there is no elevator on the right side only on the left side, access via stairs is difficult, rooms are old, small size for 4 people.

Beautiful resort for families

The resort was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. There was always a lot to do. Really enjoyed the choppe at 11 am at the pool and the food was always fantastic. The water slide was a little crazy for Canada standards. Really enjoyed our time there.

A fazzenda é linda. As cortinas do quarto estavam sujas e com marcas de mofo, as camas não são muito confortáveis.Comidas são repetitivas, é muita quantidade e falta qualidade em algumas sobremesas e pratos salgados. Pelo preço que se paga deixa um pouco a desejar. O resto nota 8,5

O Fazzenda Park condiz com o ditado "por fora bela viola, por dentro pão bolorento". A estrutura por fora é linda. A parte de estrutura de recreação maravilhosa. Lugar é lindo. Decoração de Páscoa impecável e luxuosa. Contudo, quando chega no requisito quartos e limpeza é terrivel. Os apartamentos são extremamente simples, seco, banheiro pequeno e nada confortável. Camas nada confortáveis. Toalhas duras. Sem amenidades. A limpeza dos quartos é o pior. Chegamos e o chao estava todo empoeirado. Quando mexemos as camas de solteiro para juntar, embaixo estava repleto de cabelo, bolos de poeira, comida e fios dental. Esqueca chamar as camareiras pois a ordem do hotel é priorizar o check-in e check-out. Esqueca os hospedes que estao hospedados no hotel. Nem falando com a gerencia conseguimos uma camareira. A comida foi a pior que ja comi em hoteis all inclusive. O cafe da manha, almoco e janta eram Um restaurante único para o complexo inteiro.

Bonito por fora mas deixou a desejar por dentro.

Local incrível com beleza muito acima da média. Quarto e banheiro razoável, aparelho de ar condicionado muito velho e sujo. A carne das refeições não variavam, e não teve em momento nenhum algo premium a não ser um camarão empanado no nosso último dia de hospedagem que só foi colocado após as 13:30hs no Buffet.

Lugar excelente, possui o pacote all inclusive, que dá direito a muita comida, com muita qualidade, bebidas de diversos tipos, como caipirinha, red lable, batidas, refrigerantes, chopp, café, vinho........ Muitas mesmo, tem opções de lazer à cavalo, bicicleta, pedalinho, stand up, charrete, quadras de esporte, bocha, piscinas aquecidas, jacuzzis e hidromassagens, até academia, tudo muito bem organizado e incluso no pacote.
