Beautiful hotel with amazing service! Not much to do in Blumenau outside of big events, but this hotel was a nice break and amazing romantic refreshment. Breakfast was average, but the lunch was the best meal we had in Santa Catarina by far! Very friendly staff and amazing service!

A escolha pelo Villa do Vale foi baseada na proposta de experiência, na reputação e nas avaliações disponíveis em plataformas especializadas. A expectativa era vivenciar um serviço de alto padrão, com atenção aos detalhes, conforto e qualidade no atendimento. O hotel apresenta uma proposta estética bem definida e uma ideia clara de experiência, com potencial para se posicionar entre hotéis de referência. No entanto, durante a estadia, alguns pontos impactaram negativamente a experiência. Houve problemas com a descarga do banheiro, dificuldade de conexão com a internet, canais de TV fora do ar após uma tempestade e falha no ar-condicionado durante a noite. No jantar, o atendimento e os pratos principais foram satisfatórios, porém a sobremesa não correspondeu à expectativa. Também ocorreu o descarte da rolha de um espumante sem consentimento, já que temos tradição de guardá-las. Outro ponto relevante foi o extravio de uma peça de roupa esquecida no quarto, que não foi localizada mesmo após contato com o hotel. Em hospedagens de alto padrão, são os detalhes que determinam a percepção final da experiência. Ainda assim, é justo destacar que, diante dos imprevistos, houve esforço da equipe para prestar atendimento e minimizar os impactos. Este feedback é registrado de forma construtiva, com o objetivo de contribuir para ajustes e melhorias na experiência oferecida pelo hotel.

Uma experiência sensacional! Quarto extremamente confortável, piscina aquecida, sauna e jacuzzi à disposição. O jantar e café da manhã no hotel estavam muito gostosos (destaque para o eggs benedict com parma). Como era uma data especial, eles deixaram fotos nossas e um bolinho como mimo na nossa chegada. Hotel intimista e bem decorado, com poucas unidades. Excelente para casais, especialmente para uma pernoite, uma dica é o "Jante e Fique",... Restaurante com poucas mas ótimas opções e bem preparados, não deixe de reservar pois são poucos lugares. Quartos sempre aromáticos e limpos, opção com hidromassagem na varanda e uma linda vista para a cidade. Ótimo atendimento a qualquer momento.

Hotel confortável, localização privilegiada, muito silencioso, banho e lençóis excelentes. Desjejum fraco, poucas opções. Apesar de solicitarem informações sobre problemas com hóspedes, nada foi providenciado para melhor atender. Restaurante fraco, menu com poucas opções, carta de vinho sem muitas opções, garçons esforçado, mas falta treinamento. Serviços abaixo das expectativas. Não tenho intenção de retornar.
