Amazing hotel in Ito - well decorated and great pool view from the lobby, spotless and comfy room with good onsen experience! The Kaiseki and breakfast was fabulous too!

超級美麗的飯店，我們住的是房間有溫泉的房型，早餐餐都會幫我們安排在窗戶旁邊。最喜歡豐盛的早餐，每天都會有新鮮鰤魚生魚片。日本的生魚片超級好吃，我很喜歡員工都很有禮貌，我當時是去慶祝生日的，飯店有一位男性員工超級親切，從我們上桌開始就提供很溫暖的服務，他先是為我們打字翻譯，祝我生日快樂，並且提供了生日雞尾酒，然後當我詢問他是否有蛋糕可以購買時，他幫我詢問了廚房的人員表示沒有蛋糕，但最後當然很驚喜地幫我準備了一份小蛋糕慶生裝飾的非常美麗，這讓我印象深刻！我記得那位員工好像叫黑澤，他真的是非常好的人，希望飯店可以為此表揚他。房間還有房務人員細心地提供了一個毛巾做的生日蛋糕我真的好喜歡我在這裡度過一個溫暖愉快，而且難忘的生日非常喜歡這間飯店。

お部屋の清掃の方々のマナーを含めスタッフの皆さんの対応が行き届いており満足しました。 夕食もシニアーには丁度いい量でした。 夜食の赤辛タンメン❓迷いましたが 美味しく頂け良かったです。露天風呂からの海の景色も良かったです。少しきになったと言えば露天風呂から眺める目線の中に隣の敷地の木の枝が邪魔しなければもっと素晴らしいと思います。
