Uva e Stelle is a beautiful villa for exclusive use only 8 km from Sperlonga, 300 metres above sea level, in a panoramic point on the hill overlooking the Intignano Valley from which you can enjoy, on clear days, a beautiful view of the sea and the Pontine Islands. The property is surrounded by a vineyard and is completely fenced, with a driveway gate for access to the property. With a pleasant walk you can reach woods and hillside paths to discover the local vegetation. At 100 meters from the house you can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool with sea view to share with other guests.
Ideal for those who love to regenerate in the nature without renouncing to the vicinity of the neighbouring tourist centres: 7 km from the historical centre of Itri, a village dominated by its Norman castle; 8 km from Sperlonga with its characteristic historical centre, the tourist port and the sandy beaches; 17 km from Gaeta with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with the Bourbon military strongholds and the splendid beaches.
In just over an hour you can reach Rome and Naples by trains every hour from Formia or Itri station.
Description: The property is composed of 2 separate and independent units, We have the single family villa of 120 sqm on two levels, for max 8 people and an outbuilding of 60 sqm on one level for max 4 people.
