Our first room had AC problems. The staff were great about getting a maintenance guy out quick and swapping us to a new room. It was the middle of the night but they were still super helpful.

Overall it was a fairly good stay. Found garbage on the floor and in the bed. The dining area was filthy. Floors, tables and counters were all covered in spilt food. Staff was very polite and helpful. Parking was safe.

The staff was young and did not know the property. There was a gas fireplace in our room and we couldn't get it to work. Asked the staff and they gave us three options to try. The TV remote didn't work and we had to call maintenance twice to help. Our lodging was across a parking lot from the main lodge so we had to walk outside to get to breakfast. The room was clean and otherwise comfortable.

The Staff was very nice and they have done a good job taking an old motel and making it relevant today. The amenities were nice with pool, hot tub and a decent gym that most properties in the area done have. The bed an linens were comfortable. In the rooms there isnt much for technology, charging ports, etc. You have to unplug lamps to be able to plug in your own devices. A lot of the outlets were so warn out, the plugs would just fall out of the wall. The coffee maker in the room didnt work properly and one of the lamps were broken. I think it made a good effort, but with a little more attention to detail, these issues could be aleviated.
