We stayed in 3 different places while we were in Jackson and Mountain Modern was by FAR our favorite! Wish we would have stayed there the whole time. Super clean, modern and not out dated, lots of amenities, and great customer service. My only ask would be for a full length mirror or second mirror some where in the room as it’s hard for multiple people to get ready with only one mirror. Otherwise highly satisfied with this resort!

Great service, very accommodating. Clean and neat hotel, with excellent dry and wash amenities. Cons: Not the facility, but the other guests, at 2:30am, it sounded as someone was kicking in the door above us, the walls are very thin, but common courtesy of the other guests would be too much to ask, hence why the hotel provides ear plugs on the end table in your room. They obviously know this is a problem, just by reading some reviews, guests have reported the same issue. Next renovation....insulate the walls👍

We were in a downstairs room and all the noise transfers through the floor. You could hear every step as the floors flex and when two or more people walked it just sounded like a stampede. This went on till almost midnight and then started again at 6am. I called the front desk and was disconnected after voicing my concern. When I called back it went to voicemail. I messaged through Expedia and got no response for twelve hours and then was offered zero compensation on our $500 sleepless stay. We also had employees smoking outside our unit from the on site restaurant which pumped smoke into our room. What could have been a decent stay went bad because the location is good.
