The overall property itself is not bad but… ,and this is a big but, the environment was. The staff was nice and Although the room wasn’t bad there was stains on the sheets and pillows and also there was no tub just a shower and it wasn’t super clean either. There was people standing outside the main entrance smoking when we pulled up and also just people standing around a lot in general no matter the time of day. It felt unsafe. Another thing is that it was very loud it was a-lot of traffic noise and also just a lot of noise from all the people too. The cleaning staff was very loud in the morning and the walls was thin. I didn’t get breakfast so I cannot speak on it but overall will not stay there again.

There was no remote or soap in the rooms. Shower had hair in it. AC worked great. Breakfast was mediocre. I’ve stayed in worse.

My favorite place to lay my head when I travel to the area. It’s budget friendly but the amenities are just right. The staff are friendly. The property is well maintained. The continental breakfast is awesome! My favorite: the old fashioned “cat head” biscuits & sausage gravy! Truthful moment. The North Jackson has lots of unhoused people in the area. You will see them along the interstate and frontage road areas. You will see them walking near the property. I have never been bothered by anyone but I also keep my distance as a solo traveler. I have never felt fearful. I woukd like to see security on the property.

Everyone was nice and friendly. I didn’t like the fact that everytime me and my granddaughter walked out our room the halls and elevator reeked weed nd smoke. I definitely would not recommend anyone with children stay.

Hotel scammed me

Even though I booked through hotels.com, they charged my card anyway so I paid twice for a noisy half cleaned room. I’d never stay here again.

Mold in room. Was told by front desk rep after being moved to new room to show Fred the photos of the uncleanliness and Fred the manager became very upset with me once I showed him pictures of the Mold present in the room. He insisted that me, my 3 year old, & husband leave same day we arrived. This was the middle of January, very cold evening to mention and unprofessional to say the least. I felt unappreciated & uncomfortable-due to his irate outburst. Fred is unfit to manage in Hospitality. Expedia I’d expect more from you all being that I booked the hotel through you- you offer $35 in One Key Cash, I asked for a full refund. Very disappointed.

I was very uncomfortable with so many pets at the hotel, couldn't understand why? They wasn't servant dogs. They was personal pets. May condition request online with my disability and the room was places on second, floor when I requested 1st floor.
