OCEANFRONT AMELIA SURF & RACQUET CLUB - Enjoy true Florida vacationing in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath fourth floor unit with elevator access. Located in the desirable Amelia Surf & Racquet Club community on South Amelia Island which features 4 clay tennis courts, two oceanfront pools, picnic areas, and a private beach walkover. The condo boasts expansive oceanfront views with balcony access from both the living room and bedroom.

This condo features stunning views of the Atlantic ocean through most of the unit. The living and dining space is an open concept allowing guests to enjoy spending time together while cooking and relaxing in the condo. The bedroom has a queen bed with ocean views and access to the balcony. There is a pull out sofa in the living for additional sleeping space.

The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort community that is meticulously maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, 2 resort style swimming pools and 4 tennis courts, in addition to lovely grounds and sweeping lawns. Tthe Surf and Racquet Club is also just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy.

For your convenience, the unit is outfitted with an iron and ironing board, luggage rack, hair dryers, and beach towels for use during your stay.

Guests will have full access to all common areas of the property, including the pool, barbecues, tennis courts, and beach walkover.

Fresh linens are provided along with starter housekeeping supplies which include paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, and trash bags.

B138 is a lovely condo! The view is beautiful one can enjoy every moment of their stay here looking at the ocean. You can see the sunrise from the balcony and also enjoy the ocean view while making a cup of coffee or cooking in the kitchen. Condo is steps from the pool and the beach. The bed was comfortable. The condo was exceptionally clean. Every convenience item is provided including beach towels, hand soaps, shower items, dish soap, counter spray, etcThe "condo binder" is fantastic a wealth of information about the condo and the island. Explanation of how to use the TV remotes gotta love that! Just a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, coffee shop.We highly recommend this unit for a delightful beach week! Communication with Jenny & Matt was excellent easy check-in!

This was the perfect place to enjoy and celebrate my birthday with my husband. The condo was perfect. Decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was near grocery, restaurants. Steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from living room and bedroom was gorgeous. We come to Amelia Island every February and will definitely return to this condo. I’m already planning a girls weekend for me & my bestie in a few months.

Perfect for a couples get away

We have stayed at many locations on the island, and this is among the top ones. The access to the beach is great. We like the location for the easy access to groceries, running/biking paths, Amelia racquet club, and the quiet neighborhoods that surround. This is a comfortable beachfront condo tucked in a private area which is very conveniently located to everything you need. From the proximity to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants, you will enjoy an effortless respite! 1st Timers to Amelia Island
