Place is value appropriate. If you are on a one or 2 night stay it is sufficient. The neighborhood while being close to UF Medical, it is a bit sketchy and run down. The house was clean and well taken care of, basic kitchenware and a few coffee pods and soap. Bathrooms had hand soap and towels. I would stay in a house like this again, maybe just not this exact neighborhood. It is the renters responsibility to search the area, so that’s not on the owners, but just affects overall rating.

THE PLACE WAS OKAY BUT THE HOST COULD ATLEAST ADD A MICROWAVE, THE OTHER HOUSES AROUND ARE NOT PLEASING TO LOOK AT BUT IT IS VERY CLOSE TO THE STADIUM

There was no stay! Thank goodness we found a room at the Marriott! This was in the worst possible area, shady individuals all around & standing on the corners. Bars on the doors! Sadly, I could go on and on! Oh, don't even think you will get a response from the owners either. Sad way to do business, Chris & Caitlyn!
