The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were firm but comfortable. The area was a bit questionable but, there were no problems. We did have a couple of big bugs we killed but, we are not Floridians, maybe that is just to be expected from time to time. Loved the porch outside. The extra touch of Christmas decor was really lovely. You can tell the owner has put in a lot of hard work on the home.

Check-in was easy. The house was clean and the sheets and comforters in the beds smelled great! The instructions were easy to understand and follow. I was not comfortable with the decorations. A lot of things that could be easily broken. I felt that I had to move around carefully. There was a huge Christmas with glass ornaments. A nut cracker and other small Knick knacks around the house. I could tell that a lot of hard work and dedication went into decorating and I appreciate hard work and dedication but I was afraid to break something. The remotes were attached to tables with a retractable string on it in each room. The remote in the living room is far away from the sitting area which makes you have to get up every time you want to switch to something new. Also if you were to accidentally let go of the remote it could easily break something. When it came to contacting the host... The day of check out, it rained all morning and our plans got cancelled so I asked if we could do a late check. I did not receive a response until 1 hour before original check out at 11. By then we were packed up and ready to go. So I let them know that we would leave at regular check out time. It was a hassle to remove the 80 late fee. But I am grateful that they removed it.

Did not feel safe exiting vehicle at night. Neighborhood appeared run down and unsafe. Exterior of house was as pictured however the surrounding area did not feel safe for my family due to excessive foot traffic.

The property was exactly as picture. The check in process was easy. The patio was my favorite part of the house . A area where you can sit or even eat outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. The host was very helpful along this process.
