We arrived around 1230 am and waited until around 130 am to be put in a room. The woman trying to help us was very nice, courteous and professional however it was clear that her manager did not train her correctly, care she couldn’t get into the system, and or provide any legit help. Manager was clearly off site likely asleep and not wanting to deal with helping their staff. I’m a manager so I know this wasn’t a system error, simply that the staff don’t know their usernames and passwords, which directly correlates to a lack of engagement / accountability from management. Shame on you to leave that woman working alone overnight without her being properly trained / have proper accesses. Hotel was decent, but could make leaps and bounds with a new manager! (One who cares)
