The hotel staff was so nice. Our room was clean, and I loved the little kitchen area with the full size fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable after a long day of traveling.

Showed up just to be told they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. We booked the day before. They also said they processed the refund but never did. I had to dispute it with hotels.com and have them contact the hotel and fix it. There were several people being turned away

Me and my family spent 3 nights there, Clean property, but house keeping doesn’t come to your room to clean up so you're on your own ! Very noisy not quite as I thought it would be. No hot breakfast, only oatmeal, coffee, and granola bars. The beds are hard but durable. New hotel surrounded by many shopping centers and restaurants. Wouldn’t stay again but good for travelers looking for something quick and cheap

Loved the hospitality. Every person that was working the front desk including Katrice was so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean overall. We were in a room that hadn’t been stayed in yet, since it’s a newer hotel, so there was dust under the beds in the rooms and in some of the corners. I let the staff know and they let me know they would address it. The hardwood floors just needed to have a good sweeping overall, but it was NOT filthy. Bedding, fridge, bathroom and everything else was clean. Beds are firm, pillows weren’t too soft to not give support. Sheets seemed like they were a polyester blend, not very comfy but everyone’s preference is different on all of these things. Overall, the days we stayed there were great and I appreciated the overall experience.
