We were greeted kindly when we checked in which was great, however the first night we noticed the only sink we had in a king suite was clogged and would take a while to drain so naturally we called the front desk and they advised they would send housekeeping to check the next day - housekeeping got there and we said come back in 20 min we will be out of the room for majority of the day. We came back later that evening and the sink issue wasn’t remedied so we called the front desk again, we were told that maintenance would come in the morning to fix it. We also asked for housekeeping to tidy up since maintenance would be there anyway, maintenance fixed the sink issue however housekeeping only brought towels and emptied the two small garbage bins - the carpet clearly needed to be vacuumed and the table wiped down and the bed made but none of that happened. For a three night stay and a total of $516 for a king suite, I had higher expectations.

Enjoyed our stay visiting our son. Only complaint, two vans pulled into back lot with a bunch of kids and just walked in using the pool. They were not hotel guest and you could here them talking about going out later after diner when her husband gets home from work. No one checked them for card for the hotel

Had request handicap accessibility. The shower “was not” explained this to front desk first employee a young girl said it was not requested. But the the next morning the front desk said yes it was noted in the reservations. The room was just across from the elevator so this was extremely helpful with the mobility issue. And thankfully, I was able to assist my sister in the shower. Staff was quite pleasant Enjoyed our stay with you. Will use you again when I’m in the Jacksonville area.

It was okay, should have been better.

Beware of very slow internet regardless of time of day, my kiddo was sad at night when we tried to play our games and couldn’t. Photos showed a shower/tub combo and we only had a shower, which was not good for her who is afraid of showers! I’m sure this was a one off but my products in the shower weren’t filled either, so I got in and had no conditioner or shampoo. Just a lack of care overall so I was super disappointed. I will say the lady who checked us in was fantastic, loved her energy, and the bed was super comfy!
