TV did not work, and the pool was very nasty. Even after the pool was cleaned it had a film on top of the water. The only thing good was the AC worked good.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Jacksonville while vacationing with family. The location was great with lots of restaurants, shopping, and even a movie theater. Also the staff was so welcoming and professional. I would absolutely stay here again

Despite of reminding to morning front desk twice trash was not removed from room and we have to live with stinking room. Though rooms have two bed and says good for 4 but don't expect that two adults can fit in one bed . Size is not appropriate.

The staff was wonderful! The hallway smelled of mildew and our fridge smelled terrible. The walls were very thin so you could hear every move the neighbor made. Beds were not very comfortable. When I asked to cancel an upcoming reservation they were accommodating

There were these air humidifiers that ran constantly on my floor due to new carpet. I was told the humidifiers were there to keep the carpet flat. In any case they were noisy and the carpet smells of newness were all over the floor. The morning staff at front desk were not very friendly but the evening shift were much better.

Hotel was very warm on the fourth floor, they had a very large industrial unit in the hall. Pool was dirty, hot tub was full of algae which was disappointing as I chose this location specifically for the pool and hot tub. Not sure that I will return.
