Speaking of adventures⊠many successful events have taken place here (multi acre with 6 stall barn, field, custom bar and chairs, string lights everywhere at night) for added fees and coordination. Whether youâre traveling for work or pleasure, this place will make your heart happy with a massive wraparound deck, beautiful amenities/games, ultra privacy and all the comforts youâd expect in a five star stay! We love providing welcome gifts, coffee, and tea bar with Keurig or regular coffee maker. We provide breakfast starters and snacks.
We offer a unique flex bed plan. You can have two king beds if needed (we transform the twin beds), portable pac n play and portable high chair for little ones. We love providing childrenâs books and games as well!
Occasionally, we will consider pets on a case by case basis with added fee. Otherwise, we are a pet free, event free, smoke free property. We keep a very clean and well maintained property.
Enjoy a well stocked kitchen, two large screen TVs, plus a TV in primary suite (also has private bath) two living spaces, game room, formal dining, kitchen dining, split bedroom plan for more privacy, well laid out home with both open and private spaces.
Office space is provided with great WiFi service. Government issued photo ID to be presented at check in to match name on reservation, rental agreement to sign at checkin. No third party bookings or business use permitted without signed permission and fees. Brief meeting for keys, WiFi tour and gifts and paperwork in about 10-15 minutes then off they go to give you ultimate privacy at modern horse farm. Outdoor security cameras are present for safety of guests and property. Basic Weekly cleaning required (additional cost) on bookings more than 7 days.
As an HGTV former producer/designer, it has been a pleasure to rebuild our familyâs modern horse farm in 2024. It now feels like a brand new home but with many comforts! Hospitality is our passion as weâve grow our list of unique vacation rental properties and we consistently maintain hundreds of âall five starsâ, guest favorites, rare finds and top tier hosting. We self manage with a generous, professional team who love serving others; offering a unique blend of personal touches to help our guests, but ultimate in privacy. There is generous private parking for up to 6 vehicles on driveway. Boats or RV parking can be discussed for longer stays, with additional storage and fees.
Our relatives owned this unique land for many years (over 100 years ago), now we get to share this most peaceful, park like setting with a bamboo wall and grandmas roses. We put bird food out so you can see all the sweet birds that love this place, plus the little bunnies and occasional turkeys who think they own the place!
Neighbors are far from you and everyone has acreage so it is truly a private experience. Our great grandparents owned the land before the mini ranches and homes were built in this very quiet, private road. You may see an occasional horse, as well. Everyone maintains a very slow speed on this private road for walkers and riders. The serenity is so nice to come back to!
Relax and decompress when you listen to birds and enjoy the hammocks, the large firepit/grill area, views of the large barn (reserved for events), enjoy massive front and back yard for games, the adults hot tub and pergola under the stars. Lots of seating and relaxing spots, including loungers. This place was made for relaxing!
