Trash: Please bag and dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins. Take out food from the refrigerator.
Used Towels & Linens: Leave used towels in the bathtub or hamper. Please strip sheets and leave them at the foot of the bed
Turn Off: Lights, fans, and TVs. Thermostat: Set to 75°F (cool) or 65°F (heat) depending on the season.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
