Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 4 guests with two bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony, allowing soft coastal light to greet you each morning. The second bedroom features a queen bed with easy access to an additional full bathroom. A separate half bath adds convenience for guests throughout the day. Bed linens and essentials are provided.

Outdoor living
The balcony serves as a peaceful extension of the living space, offering a place to enjoy ocean views and fresh breezes at any time. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad provide ease and flexibility, while direct beach access allows simple transitions from the condo to the sand whenever you choose.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen supports relaxed mealtimes and everyday routines with space to prepare and enjoy meals at the dining table or breakfast bar. Whether you are planning the day ahead or returning from the beach, this area provides a comfortable setting to settle in. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and kitchen essentials.

Living space
The open living area creates a natural gathering place with comfortable seating, an HDTV, and sliding doors that lead to the balcony. WiFi and a dedicated workspace are available for guests who need to stay connected. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable atmosphere throughout the year.

Bathrooms & laundry
Two full bathrooms and one half bath offer flexibility for groups, and bathroom essentials are provided. An in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to refresh beachwear or manage longer stays.

Parking & practical features
Free parking on the premises is available for two vehicles. The condo includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for added peace of mind.

Neighborhood
Located in Jacksonville Beach, the condo places you close to the shoreline and within easy reach of local dining, shops, and attractions. With the ocean just beyond your balcony, each day brings opportunities to enjoy the coast in a setting that feels naturally connected to the beach.

This property requires a two (2) week minimum rental.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Two-week minimum rental required by HOA.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
