Walk up our driveway and enter the most glorious ocean villa you will find available anywhere in South Jax/Ponte Vedra Beach. Step outside your backdoor and discover your own private yard, complete with fire pit seating area, patio couches with large flat-screen TV, and playground for the little ones in your group! Amenities rarely found anywhere else. Walk down the street to an immediate walkway to the beach. It's all here for you. Perfect for your own family, two or three families or reunions.

The Space:
Walk into the foyer, to the expansive living room (w/TV) with couches and swivel chairs for watching TV or swivel to gaze out on the beautiful yard + porch swing. Stepping deeper into the home to the formal dining room that seats eight to ten. And then the updated kitchen with new beautiful counter tops. Everything you need plus a breakfast nook, outlooking the back yard that seats four to five.

This home is also complete with 5 bedrooms, including 9 beds.

Stepping upstairs where you will find the majority of this home's sleeping arrangements, as well as a game room equipped with a pool table and large screen TV! Additionally, there is a large workstation and desk available for work from home comfort.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed with a en-suite Master Bath. The Queen bedroom to the right as you walk up the stairs is equipped with its on on-suite bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs, there is a half bath and full laundry room with washer and dryer.

The private garage is fully equipped with beach gear, including two beach cruisers, chairs, tent, cooler, cart, surfboard, frisbees, games, and kids' toys.

We love pets. This pet-friendly home and beach welcome your furry friends to enjoy the sand and waves.

This ocean villa is just a short drive from the best of South Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Beach. Located six minutes from the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, eight minutes from the Mayo Clinic, twelve minutes from TPC Sawgrass, and less than one mile from Whole Foods, Publix, Starbucks, and Target.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire villa and private back yard.

The Neighborhood:
This ocean villa is ideally situated one block from the beach and near top Northeast Florida destinations. Bike to the prestigious Ponte Vedra Inn & Club or drive twelve minutes to TPC Sawgrass. The Mayo Clinic is a convenient eight-minute drive away. Access EverBank Stadium, Daily’s Place, and Vystar Memorial Arena with ease. A scenic thirty-minute drive brings you to historic St. Augustine. Nearby, find Whole Foods, Publix, Starbucks, and Target for all your needs. The South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground are less than a mile away, offering easy access for kids to enjoy new adventures and make friends.

We charge an extra fee for guests above 8. When making your reservation, please input the correct guest count. After booking, we will confirm the guest count with you. If you need to increase your guest count to more than 8, this will result in a corresponding price increase. We verify guest counts via external cameras on our properties. If we notice a higher guest count than reported, we reserve the right to charge additional fees at double the standard rate before check-in.

Additional Fee Guidelines:
• Extra Guests: $35 per guest/night after 8 guests (e.g., 9 guests would be $35/night extra, and 10 guests would be $70/night additional).
• Pet Fees: $60/night per pet, $300/week per pet, $600/month per pet. This fee is not included in the accommodation rate. We will request the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.
• Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs:
- 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
- 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
- 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
- 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $400 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

This house is pet-friendly. If you are extremely allergic to animals, this property may not be a good fit for you. Please reach out to us with any concerns.

For guests requiring a pack 'n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.

There is a propane grill and propane tank. Guests are responsible for refilling the tank when it runs out.

We have a minimum 7-day stay requirement for local guests. To request an exception, please inquire through your booking platform. Exceptions are made at our discretion.

Gatherings or parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. Hosting a gathering, party, or event at this property will result in a $1000 fee.

Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Cigar or cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking  (ash, empty cigarette packs, etc.) will result in a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.
