Natural light moves through the living area across the day, making it a comfortable place to relax, catch up on TV, or settle in with a book. A dedicated workspace and Wifi keep you connected when needed. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan give you year-round comfort control, and home safety basics - smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all in place.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for real meal prep, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
