I was able to book through a third-party when I arrived. The office was closed. There was no one to contact. This was an emergency visit to a hotel. It tied up funds that were absolutely needed it. There was an answering me seeing message that said office hours are from nine in the morning to five put on the booking site. It allowed you to book totally wrecked my night. I’m not sure what type of hotel does not have a clerk overnight. I’m just not used to seeing that everywhere I’ve ever stayed has had people on hand to assist you. This was very upsetting.

The property had a unique smell upon entering. The back door squeaks very badly when opening and closing. The walls are very thin and some of the other guests are very loud into the early hours in the morning. There were several bugs in the room, broken glass in the room. The beds were hard. I wouldnt recommend

This is a reallly nice hotel clean . Has an apartment feel to it glass door showers a balcony ! And the price is definitely good . This is my permanent hotel I’m booking everytime I’m in town !

Bit of a weird location. Felt like you had to go out of your way to go the way you want to on southside Blvd. Rooms are very noisy. TV remote wouldn’t work tv and service kept buffering it was strange! Had a few tiny roaches in our room. Floor was also very sticky!

Worst experience in a hotel in my entire life. The temperature is heat controlled at 74 degrees and is motion detected. Absolutely ridiculous. So through the entire night we had to keep getting up and jumping around our room to try to find the sensor to turn our air back on. I felt completely violated and babysat the entire day/night. This should be clearly stated in the hotel description before booking. Be prepared to wake up hot and sweaty all night long. The room itself was clean for the most part with a few hairs found in the shower but the doors up and down the hallways are white and disgustingly filthy. A coat of paint and/or good scrubbing would really make a difference in initial appearances. The staff was kind and welcoming and generally apologetic for the temp controlled situation. Very long sleepless night in Florida for us. Wyndham you should be ashamed of putting your title on something as demeaning as this.
