Terrible staff threaten with the police for no reason and we paid for towels and never got them the front desk man said they can’t accept Klarna as a form of payment and they are just rude and not helpful at all. I would like to checkout today at a later time but I’m afraid they will threaten me again this place is terrible!!!

The rooms were exactly what you would expect for an extended stay at a hotel. Had all the amenities that we needed. I will say for whatever reason this particular extended stay hotel does not clean your room daily they clean it weekly so it does function like an extended stay hotel if you’re staying for a week your room will not be cleaned.

Room appearance was good; However, the bedding was very uncleaned. First desk staff was informed on three different occasions. Finally after the third new sheets for the bed they were improved to a level where I could lay on them to rest. I left before desk open at 10am. Was not able to speak with Manager. I probably would not recommend a family to stay there
