We stayed two weeks had an amazing trip. The beach is 30 seconds away. Grocery store about 20 minute by beach. Taxi about $3.00 dollars US. We had family members who have mobility issues and this was perfect for them. Clean and nice space. Kitchen was well equipped. Had a view of Ocean.

What you want your property to be and more

My wife and I would definitely stay here again! This unit is perfect for us with two visiting friends for a night. We visited mid-March of '22 in the dry season; it felt like we had the entire floor/complex to ourselves. The host, Christian, was helpful and responsive but not obtrusive. There was little noise or disruption during our visit. We saw and heard macaws and other birds flying nearby, and you’ll hear and see the ocean at all times from the balcony. The sunsets are great from the balcony or you can simply enjoy them from the beach just steps away. This property is an end-unit on the second floor, and is exactly as pictured and described. There is internet and cable TV with the ability to use Netflix or other services. It is a 30-second walk to the beach, a 1-minute walk to a restaurant/bar, a 2-minute walk to a popular hiking trail, a 20-minute walk to town, a 3-minute drive to town, and a 10-second drive to the main highway to travel along the coastline. There is an elevator but we found it easier to simply walk up/down the stairs. The property is clean with flat screen TVs and AC units in every room. Everything we desire to function in a home was provided from the American-sized refrigerator, washer and dryer, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker, to all of the accoutrements being in amounts that are satisfactory for a full week of vacation. Though we drank plenty of bottled water while out, we drank water from the tap when in the unit. The entry keypad unlocks/relocks automatically within 15 seconds. To enter the unit just cover the keypad with your hand, then type in the code. There is security and cameras in the public areas which gave us peace of mind. Parking is private and enclosed (though limited) with security gates for peace of mind. There are showers/washing stations when entering the building to wash off sand when returning from the beach. You’ll have plenty of towels, bedding, and hand soap provided with plenty of storage for your things. There are recycling containers in the walkway near the elevator so you can declutter every time you leave the unit. Things to consider: 1) The views are nice from the living room/balcony but there are no panoramic views from other rooms. 2) There are only 10 reserved parking spaces for maybe 20 units. 3) The condo can sleep 6-8 people, but there isn’t a lot of room to spread out/lounge around. 4) You’re near the action but not in it. You’ll need a taxi if you're unable to drive...
