The staff was very curteous and helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed and the minibar items were well chosen and very reasonably priced. The included breakfast at the property's restaurant was also excellent. On the negative side, however, the rooms weren't well maintained and there was damage to the walls, floors, and other fittings. The property, especially the parking lot, was unattractive and contained litter and other trash.

Spacious, well decorated and appointed room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Enjoyed having a kitchenette with stocked fridge. Large shower with rain shower head. Big pool with plenty of seating. Complimentary towels for the pool. Complimentar breakfast at the accompanying Peppers restaurant was excellent- variety of food and fresh fruits.

Room was clean and had everything you need. Staff was friendly. Dinner at the hotel restaurant (Peppers) was phenomenal. Me and my husband only stayed one night because that’s all they had available. We stayed at a different hotel in Jaco the second night and drove back to eat dinner at Peppers. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Nice Getaway

Very nice hotel conveniently located from the public beach and the marina resort and restaurants. Shopping nearby. Staff was cordial and accommodating, and the facilities were well maintained. Cook to order breakfast in the on-site restaurant was awesome.
