Stayed at Jaipur marriot recently for our honeymoon. The location, staff, food everything is nothing short of amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable and heard. Excellent property. I want to make special mention of Mayank Sambhawani who was the Rooms Director; Prashant Singh at the front desk and Kishan the driver were excellent. They all provided great service and help. Prashant went over and above to make our stay comfortable and ensure we got what we needed. Kishan driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again as well as recommending this property

This is my second stay at the same hotel. During my first stay, I was provided a room on the 7th floor, where everything was perfect, including the mini bar, food service, and overall experience. However, this time, I was given a room on the 1st floor. The mini bar was empty, and the food quantity was inconsistent—sometimes they provided more, and other times less, for the same price.

I don’t even know where to begin because of how amazing the service was. Everyone was super helpful and would often go out of their way to help. Their guests are truly their first priority. We stayed at the end of the year over the new year. Some sort of party was to be expected, however, there was the disco-type of the party on the field across the hotel. Without the noise cancelation earbuds, it was simply impossible to fall asleep. And my body seemed agitated due to the noise coming from there. It made me wonder why I needed to pay the high price to stay there for that agitation. The hotel did not seem to care at all although I enquired to them,
