Property was older than advertised, hotel room was poorly cleaned and lights in the room were pretty dim. Found old cigarette buds in the corner of the drawers, induction cooking stove were not cooking as well. Had to call the service desk for water 3 times!! before it came. Will not come back to stay again

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel, close to Monas and Gambir train station which was very convenient for us. All staff where very nice, I mention Bella, Dandi & Ravel at front of house. But everyone is very professional and friendly. Top notch restaurant and facilities.

Overall the stay was great. Very kind staff and they really care for their guests. If I had to pick one con, it would be that the shower water wasn't hot enough. Other than that it's great!
