The room is spacious, the staffs are hospitable, caring. The breakfast buffet located in tge 3rs floor is amazing. The Cheff, Mr. Jimmy and his team showed tremendous hospitality, attentive and highly motivated in serving guests. Mr Jimmy is one of world good leader I have noticed so far. The staff are wonderful! The breakfast buffet was plentiful with numerous options. The concierge team helped me with making a phone call to another island and also quickly found smaller bills so I could change 100,000 rupiah and tip my driver. Everyone was very polite and friendly. My room was clean and spacious. The gym was well equiped. I would highly recommend the hotel.
