A beautiful pond with a sandy beach and cascading waterfall creates a private oasis right outside your door. Mature landscaping throughout the property provides beauty, tranquility.

Located in beautiful Jamaica, Vermont. Beaver Pond Compound puts you close to some of Southern Vermont’s best outdoor adventures. Stratton Mountain is just 10 minutes away, with several other ski mountains, golf courses, hiking trails, swimming holes, charming Vermont towns, restaurants, and seasonal activities all within easy reach.

The sandy pond is to enjoy & swim at your own discretion! I can’t guarantee there aren’t a few tadpoles swimming around.

Whether you’re visiting for skiing, golfing, hiking, leaf-peeping or simply slowing down for a few days, Southern Vermont offers something special year-round.

The sleeping setup includes:
1 King Bed • 4 Queen Beds • Sleeps Up to 10
We can accommodate up to 11 with our provided queen air mattress.

The bedroom arrangements are-
The Main home has two private bedrooms each with a private bathroom & heated flooring. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen.

The brown tiny home has a queen size bed, full bathroom, full kitchen and a washer and dryer!

The blue tiny house has two queen size beds, full bathroom, full kitchen & washer/dryer! This home has a steep ladder to the loft bed. I would suggest this home being more suitable for older children or young adults!

All 4 bedrooms have a flat screen smart TV

Each home is equipped with ground coffee, tea, and sugar for our guests.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please tie trash bags tightly and put them outside of the main house in the bear proof trash barrel
Please leave thermostats at 65
Clean up fire pits if used
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
