"Kool Jumbey" Vistas (yksikkö 1C Buttonwood Reserve Oceanfront Condominium Resortissa) on ylimmän kerroksen yksikkö, joka sisältää täyden ympäröivän kahden valtameren näkymän, päin auringonlaskua kohti Karibian länteen päin ja itään Atlantiin auringonnousun kohdalla. . Nauti upeista merinäköaloista jokaisesta huoneesta kahdeksan jalkan lasilaukaisimien ja kuuden jalkan erkkeriikkunoiden kautta. Laajoissa yksityisissä kansissa on myös upeat merinäkymät joka suuntaan.

Buttonwood Reservellä on pääsy kahteen rantaan. Atlantin puolella on maailmanluokan 3 mailin mittainen vaaleanpunainen hiekkaranta, koskematon ilman erillistä taloa. Loma-asunnon ammattimaisesti sisustettu sisustus on tyylikkäästi sisustettu, moderni, lämmin ja mukava. We absolutely loved our stay here. Brett was super kind and always responded quickly with tips and advice. The balcony was amazing, with views of both the Caribbean and the Atlantic. We also really enjoyed the perfect pool. The golf cart to the beach felt like an unforgettable adventure, went for a two hour walk along the private beach and didn’t see another person the entire time. Everything was great and I highly recommend this property for anyone going to Eleuthera. It is right in the middle of the island so you can explore the north and south. Make sure you get a rental SUV, as the roads can be bumpy. Jealous of anyone who gets to stay here next for their adventure.

Absolutely beautiful location from where you van can drive the entire island. Amazing views and good facilities. Comes with a golf cart that takes you to the Atlantic side. Beautiful beach there! Brett is a nice person who gave great support! Thanks all of you!

Beautiful Buttonwood

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Buttonwood Reserve. The views from the condo our fantastic! Sunrises on the Atlantic and sunsets on the Caribbean, from the back porch, in the evening. The furniture inside and out was very comfortable. We explored a lot of the island and it was always great to come back and relax at "home". Brett, Keen, Sumit and everyone else we worked with through the condo were absolutely amazing! Thank you for making our stay a fun and memorable one!

Loved our stay @ Buttonwood

Conveniently located in central Eleuthera. Not too far from governors Harbour and an easy drive to the north. This unit is very well equipped for extended stays and has everything you need if you elect to cook in the unit. The views are amazing and the unit itself is well designed and comfortable. We enjoyed that we were so close to the Caribbean side and had kayaks and paddle boards at our disposal. The beach across the street is great for fishing at the point and the snorkeling along the rocks was pretty good as well. A short golf cart ride and your at the Atlantic side and you might not see a single person over there which was nice. Buttonwood also has a very nice pool for cooking down after a long day exploring or at the beach. There are several restaurants that are very close and we highly recommend (Delish, LeoRose, Cravings & Mel’s snack shack). You have two grocery stores close by and had everything we needed. I highly recommend Buttonwood if your travels bring you to Eleuthera. We cannot wait to come back

Loved the island and the condo was very pretty and comfortable. The Atlantic side beach is gorgeous but beware of the loose coral rocks when waves are rolling in. They pelt you pretty hard. I was only in the water about 2 minutes and came out with bloody and bruised ankles. Swimming and snorkeling from the dock was great. We saw some cool fish on the random coral beds and a few large snappers and other fish that got my son excited about fishing! We'll definitely be back. Overall, it was a wonderful trip.

The natural beauty of the Island, the clear brilliant HD colors of the ocean/sky is amazing! The Buttonwood Reserve unit 1C was the right choice for us. The views from the balconies are just breathtaking! We are already talking about going back next summer.Over all, the condo was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely rent this unit again. We met James, Patrick and Brenda (w/property caretaking). They were always very friendly and helpful when we had questions.The condo was very clean, but I do want to give you some honest feedback about a few things we were surprised about in the condo. The kitchen was lacking a complete set of basic cutlery, utensils and china (a setting of each for 4 would have been nice). Only a random mix of a few serving bowls. We did use the one & only pan in the kitchen for cooking eggs a few mornings (it’s non-stick surface was long gone!). We contacted our Buttonwood person Sonya for kitchen towels (there were none) and bathroom wash clothes (there were 2 for 4 people). We did get them later the same day.On our last day we discovered a 2018 Island Guide booklet at a local Restaurant, it was loaded with helpful/useful Island info/maps (I would suggest there always be one in the condo for the guest!). Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Buttonwood! We chose this unit so we would have views of the Caribbean and the Atlantic and were not disappointed. On nights when the Atlantic was roaring in you could hear it from the balcony, and if the Caribbean gets rough you will have battling ocean sounds to relax to. Sunsets were incredible and we had a full moon during our time there that was amazing! Our unit was clean and well equipped with magnificent views of the Caribbean. The wrap around views to the Atlantic side are beautiful, and the golf cart ride is about 10 mins. We snorkeled some on the Caribbean side and found lots of shells. For first timers to the island, just be patient with issues like electricity outages or low water pressure occasionally.We knew this happens on the island so were not bothered at all. If you wait a bit they both come back pretty quick. We had 5 people in our unit so staggered our showers as much as possible and that worked fine for hurry to go anywhere or do anything anyway! Bring your own bug sprays to keep from getting eaten up by no-seeums and buy some apple cidar vinegar to soak in if you do get bit.I brought citronella candles to burn on the balcony in the evening. Sonya was a tremendous help and took care of a few grocery purchases before our arrival. The East and Final Grocery Store is very close by with a pretty good selection of supplies as well as the Leo Rose beachside restaurant which had a great grouper burger. Not far from Governors Harbour and the Buccaneer restaurant which was very good also.Pam's Island Gifts in Gregory Town has lots of local made souveniers, and The Blue Seahorse in Rock Sound as well.We explored a new beach every day and I even stopped using my windshield wiper as a blinker before we left! I was terrified of having to drive on the left side of the road but it was really no big deal after the first day.Many nice people on the island to meet. My only complaint was having to leave!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great stay at Buttonwood- customer service from Matt and Brett was great- very responsive and helpful with planning. We stayed last week with two families (2 top floor units)- a group of 4 adults and 6 kids. We had could see both the Caribbean and Atlantic from both porches! Golf carts were very fun and we played at the Pickleball courts daily. Pool was nice when not at a beach. Although private and very beautiful, we could not swim on the Atlantic side because the waves were too big each day we were there and were too dangerous. Caribbean side condo beach was more swimmable but rocky. About a 20-30 min drive to Governors Harbour which had a lot of the nicer restaurants. Definitely rent a car but make sure you drive slightly in the middle- we hit a pothole and blew a tire on our 2nd day. For dinners- we really liked 1648 (go for sunset), Buccaneer and Tippys. We also enjoyed LeoRose and Delish if we wanted something more local and beach bar food-the people at these bars are so lovely- its close to condo but kind of hard to walk to with kids since you're walking along Queens Hwy. Our condo itself was a little more run down then we had expected. It did not have two full couches in living area as pictured so our family of four (2 teens) could not sit comfortably at night watching tv. The rug had a lot of stains and there were finger prints all over the appliances when we arrived. Kitchen had most things for meal prep but the floors were warped and coming apart and the sink faucet sprayed everywhere whenever it was turned on. The power was out when we arrived so the cleaning/check in was delayed-maybe they didn't have as much time to clean as usual. Power goes out a lot but it always comes back in and is normal for the island so we just learned to embrace it. It's the perfect place to stay if you have multiple families. Overall we would recommend Buttonwood but maybe pick a different unit next time or the main lodge.

Pool was a dream, golf cart was a wonderful bonus to get all of our beach gear from the condo to the Atlantic.

The views were absolutely stunning - we could see both the sunrise and the sunset from our balconies. We loved all of the amenities on the property, including the paddleboards, golf carts, beach chairs and umbrellas, the pool and pickleball! The property management company and caretaker were awesome and super responsive. And finally, the location on Eleuthera was great - there were a few close restaurants and grocery stores and it's not a far drive to Governor's Harbor. I highly recommend staying at the Buttonwood!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is as described. The view is beautiful. We were in the upper apartments and we enjoyed the Caribbean Sea view. It is very well equipped and the internet worked properly. The golf cart was a must to go to the Atlantic Beach, which is the beach that we enjoy mostly. The Caribbean one is very rocky to enter....The no-sees were an issue (mainly at sunset) as well as the flies that arrives as soon as a plate of food hit the table.... Be prepared.The distance to the International Airport is 45 minutes to the north and to the nearest touristic place, Governor Harbour, is 25 minutes (aprox).You will need a car to get around the island. The life of the island is mainly during the day hours. There were no places open after 8pm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I secured Buttonwood Reserve for my 40th Birthday Celebration with 11 of other couples in April 2021. The resort was perfect for such a large party! It was so nice to have your own condo for quiet time while having the shared party space to all hang out. Everything on the website was exactly as promised- the units, the golf carts, pool, etc. The private beach on the Atlantic side was one of the prettiest I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend Buttonwood Reserve if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and hang out with those you care about most!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 21 people, 16 adults and 5 kids. We rented out the whole facility plus the clubhouse. We hired two chefs to cook for us for the week. The clubhouse provided the perfect space to accommodate our group. We spent most of our time in the pool or at the beach. The condos were in excellent shape, all we really did was sleep in them! The island is too beautiful to just stay in your condo all day. We had some power issues upon arrival but Matt, Mark, Jason and Sonya tried to help the best they could. If you are looking for a property that can host a large group and still have your own space I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back some day. Matt has even been answering my calls after we have arrived home.

Their preparation, information and follow up took all the guess work out of visiting the island.The weather was not great and many restaurants were closed due to off season but it didn't matter because the ones that were open were wonderful and forced us to check out more of the island which was fun.The unit 1D was clean and fresh. The views were amazing. I think it is the best location for views on the island unless you are literally on the water.Taking the golf cart to the private and I mean private beach is a must. Price is fair and you literally don't need anything but food when you get there.

Convenient Location and Beautiful Property!

Our family just got back from a lovely stay at Buttonwood Reserve August 3-9th. The property was conveniently located about 15 minutes from Governor's Harbor and 45 minutes from N. Eleuthera Airport. The beds were very comfortable and although we had an initial problem with the TV, the property management sent someone out as quickly as possible and resolved it efficiently. The property manager was super lovely to deal with and was available any time we needed her. The air conditioners are amazing, which have been a problem for us at other Caribbean properties in the past, so we were comfortably cool the entirety of our stay despite the soring temps outside! The only major thing the visitors need to be aware of is the bugs, as most of the island of Eleuthera has lots of flies and mosquitos due to numerous fresh/brackish water marshes throughout. We came prepared with several cans of bug spray, bought citronella candles, mosquito smoking rings, and some fly traps that went on the windows that helped to fend them off a bit. I'm thinking some of those mosquito repellent bracelets may be required for future stays. The Atlantic side has a lovely beach to walk on and the Caribbean side was stunning. I'm not sure I would dock a boat on the little pier as the waves can get really rough with the tide fluctuating but it's a great pier to fish off of and jump from! Come prepared to purchase basic cooking supplies as the property was void of any spices or cooking basics. You can buy fresh seafood daily around 3:30 down at the James Cistern Pier from the local fishermen which is a 2 minute drive from the property and is very convenient! Finally, everyone loved the pool to cool off in after a few hours at the beach snorkeling. Overall, this property is lovely and will meet all of your needs! Don't forget to pack the extra bug repellants though!
