"Casa Dos Vistas" (yksikkö 1D Buttonwood Reserve Oceanfront Condominium Resortissa) on ylimmän kerroksen yksikkö, joka sisältää täyden ympäröivän kahden valtameren näkymän, päin auringonlaskua kohti Karibian länteen päin ja itään Atlantin kohdalle auringonnousun kohdalla. . Nauti upeista merinäköaloista jokaisesta huoneesta kahdeksan jalkan lasiliukusäätimien ja kuuden jalkan erkkeriikkunoiden kautta. Laajoissa yksityisissä kansissa on myös upeat merinäkymät joka suuntaan.

Buttonwood Reservellä on pääsy kahteen rantaan. Atlantin puolella on maailmanluokan 3 mailin mittainen vaaleanpunainen hiekkaranta, koskematon ilman erillistä taloa. Siihen pääsee vain yksityisillä, vain golfkärryillämme ajotieltä. Taloyhtiöiden mukana tulee golfkärry. Kiinteistömme Karibian puolella, melkein etupihalla, on toinen ranta. Tämä ranta on pieni ja melko kivinen, joten ei niin esteettinen, mutta vesi on yhtä rauhallinen kuin järvi ja tämä ranta sopii erinomaisesti snorklaukseen, melontaan, meloa varten ja kalastukseen.

Karibian puolella on myös uusi 70 jalan venetelakka, joka on täydellinen paikka hyppäämiseen / sukellukseen, kalastukseen tai tietysti pienen veneen kiinnittämiseen.

Lomakeskuksen tyylinen uima-allas on vain muutaman askeleen päässä osakehuoneistostasi. Tämä kaunis maisemoitu uima-allas on lämmitetty mukavaan uintiin ympäri vuoden.

Loma-asunnon ammattimaisesti sisustettu sisustus on tyylikkäästi sisustettu, moderni, lämmin ja mukava. Suuren huoneen itäpäässä on moderni, avoin, ylellinen keittiö, valmistettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä ja mustasta graniitista. Keittiöstä, ruokailutilasta ja olohuoneesta on upeat merinäkymät joka suuntaan, vedestä kuohuviiniä niin pitkälle kuin silmä näkee.

Makuuhuoneessa on suuri verhoiltu ikkunaistuin, josta on upeat panoraamanäkymät Karibialle, täydellinen paikka rentoutua kirjan tai aamukahvin kanssa tai katsella auringonlaskua meren yli. Mestari on sisustettu king-vuode ja varustettu kylpyhuone, täysi kylpyamme. Päälliköllä on oma ovi, joka johtaa kannelle Karibian yli.

Vierashuoneessa on myös iso ikkunaistuin, josta on upeat näkymät, tästä näkymä Atlantille. Makuuhuoneessa on täysi kylpyhuone (johon pääsee myös salista). Se on sisustettu erillisillä vuoteilla, jotka voidaan muuntaa kuninkaaksi.
Buttonwood Reservessä on kajakkeja ja melalauta käytettäväksi merellä tai lampillamme. Polkupyöriä tarjotaan myös ajamiseen kiinteistön ympäri tai kaupunkiin, alle mailin päässä. Maajohtajamme, Patrick, on asiantuntijakalastaja ja vie sinut kalastukseen hänen veneessään puoli päivää tai koko päivän (lisämaksut). Grillaa saalisi tuoreena infrapuna-ulkogrillillämme.

Buttonwood Reserve on helpon 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Governor's Harborista, saaren pääkaupungista. Governor's Harborissa on viehättävä kokoelma 1800-luvun koteja ja kirkkoja, joista on näkymät sen historialliselle satamalle.

Vain kilometrin päässä Buttonwood Reservestä on James Cisternin kylä, jolla on kaksi ruokakauppaa, kauppalaituri, johon kalastaja tuo saaliinsa joka päivä, tuotantoteline ja kolme pientä paikallista ravintolaa, Kel-D, Lee's Café ja uusi Leorose Sunset Beach -baari ja grilli. Amazing Stay at Buttonwood Reserve

We just returned from a weeks stay at Buttonwood Reserve Unit 1D. We had the best time. The views are amazing, beds super comfy, so many beach supplies accessible, and the apartment really has everything you could need. Brett who was our contact while there was great. We had a couple of requests and reached out, and the next day they were there. He also answered any questions we asked. I also want to give a shout out to Pam Fontes. She was my initial contact at Eleuthera Vacations and her service was excellent with immediate replies to my emails with even the smallest of questions before our trip. Thank you Buttonwood for the amazing memories. We will be back!

Love Buttomwood and Eleuthera

We rent two units at Buttomwood for one week, our experience was excellent both units had everything you need to feel like home, very clean and new ,the beach on the Atlantic was a a bit rough but its very private and you can walk miles,great pool , the place is still in construction but no problem with that, Patrick was very helpful and always ready to help. Our second week was at sky beach, but let me tell you we miss Buttomwood a lot. Eleuthera is a magical place , the beaches, the people, so many places to drive and visit that you will be amaze. Overall our best vacation ever.

Easy drive to several amazing beaches from the condo. The golf cart path to the Atlantic beach was pretty rough, and the beach umbrellas are pretty beat up. Thankful to have access to kayaks and paddleboards at the property, but be aware you do have to carry them up and down to the dock area which was fairly strenuous...well for us older folk anyway...haha. Pool was comfortable and refreshing...Great overall stay and would recommend...

Wonderful Location - Condo failed to meet what was promised

We truly enjoyed our stay at Buttonwood. The condo was very clean, the pool was fantastic, and we had a wonderful time exploring the beauty of the Bahamas. That said, we were quite disappointed to find that only one of the four A/C units in the condo was operational during our stay. This made the condo uncomfortably hot at night, which detracted from our overall experience. While we appreciated that a fan was provided after we requested one, we believe the mechanical systems of the home should be fully functional upon arrival—especially when the rental is advertised and priced with that expectation. Because the condo did not fully meet what was promised, we feel it's reasonable to request a partial refund for the inconvenience. Please let us know the best way to proceed with this. We hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

Could not c sunset without stretching neck over balcony. Furnishings a little worn. Portable A/C unit in guest bedroom took up a lot of space. A/C in main area not working properly for 1st few days but they did fix it. Internet not working most of the time we were there. The description of this place needs to convey that this is an island that receives groceries via boat once a week; internet anywhere on the island will be sporadic at best; the Main Street of the island has to be crossed to get to the Caribbean beach. It is a beautiful place with welcoming locals.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in the condo, it was spacious, clean, bright, lots of windows, a full-sized kitchen, excellent air conditioning, very comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The resort had a large pool (not heated as described), kayaks (excellent location for kayaking), and golf-cart access to a long beautiful beach on the Atlantic. Be forewarned that the beach may have excessive garbage at the high-tide line, your experience will be best at low tide. There are restaurants near by but they’re not as good as people say, all the menus are similar, mostly burgers, chicken fingers, cracked conch, and conch fritters (they have the same food supplier). Buy groceries in Governor’s Harbour (closed Sundays). The tourist center in GH has a great free map plus other info. It was a great vacation with only one significant negative: biting bugs! Bring bug spray, bug lotion, baby oil, and hydrocortisone and/or anti-itch spray. Also, the water comes and goes so we filled glasses and pots for reserve (to flush toilets, do dishes). We would stay again and highly recommend Buttonwood for it’s prime location, beauty, easy access to both coasts, and comfort.

Modern comfortable mid island retreat!

Modern, comfortable mid island retreat! Perhaps the best thing about renting at Buttonwood is the accessibility to both the Atlantic side and the Caribbean side. Super fun to have the golf cart to go to the Atlantic side for a very private beach experience! The manager Sonya was very responsive to our requests, and all of the on-site staff were very helpful and friendly! Have to thank Patrick especially for some of his insight to things to do on the island! The property is well-maintained, and has enough amenities to supply our time there for the dishwasher and washing machine even! They were very helpful in getting us a few kitchen items that we needed, as well as some additional beach chairs and umbrellas for our party of five. The couple of unfortunate things would include the fact that the pool heater was not working and really too cold for any of us to get into during our nine nights stay. The other unfortunate condition was the construction that was going on on site, however that was disclosed to us ahead of our stay and was probably more construction than we expected but was not intrusive on our time at Buttonwood. One thing I’m curious to see is what the electrical situation will be. There was an allowance that has not been disclosed yet. So as we used almost no air-conditioning, not expecting that there would be any additional fees. Overall this is a wonderful vacation stay with beautiful views and lovely accommodations well represented in the Pictures and description. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your front porch in the sun set on your back patio! We would definitely come back to this accommodation! Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently were able to visit paradise again and for those who don't know, that is in Eleuthera, Bahamas. We stayed at Buttonwood Reserve, in James Cistern. We love Buttonwood Reserve because it has everything! With access to both the Caribbean and the Atlantic you can choose easily where you might spend all day or split between both :) The golf carts are wonderful when visiting the Atlantic side. Paddle boards, kayaks, paddles, safety vests, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas-everything is so accessible and convenient. Brett, the property mgr, is a great guy who is always available to assist with a bright smile and attitude :) The pool is also a wonderful amenity too! The condo units have plenty of room, very functional. The beautiful views out of the windows and sliding doors are spectacular! We visited so many different beach locations, from Queens Bath to Glass Window bridge, Governor's Harbour, etc. Snorkeling, shelling, beach walking, picture taking and just simple relaxing make for a perfect vibe. We can't wait to return to this blessed location. Don't miss out on paradise!

The access to both the Caribbean and The Atlantic was a great plus. I often used the SUPs in the morning when the sea was calmer and thought they were a great plus. Later on we would take the golf carts to sit on the secluded, sandy, (but usually very wavy) Atlantic side.Do bring insect repellent and rent a car to see the many other lovely aspects of Eleuthera.

The units were well appointed and immaculate and the views were fantastic. The location was good especially if flying into North Eleuthera airport and Governors Harbor is lovely.

Paradise

This property is absolutely amazing. Very clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need. Comfy bed with nice linens. The views from every window are beyond spectacular. Coffee on the deck overlooking the aqua water made for a perfect start to each day. The area is so quiet and peaceful. The golf cart included with the condo made for a fun ride down a bumpy path to a spectacular beach in the Atlantic side. Paddle board and kayaks (included) were also a lot of fun. If you arrive at night like we did, it’s a little difficult to see the Buttonwood Reserve sign! We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. So many beautiful beaches in Eleuthera. Definitely check out Cocodimama Beach and Winding Bay…..if you can find it!!! Street signs are few and far between in some areas which makes the adventure even more fun!!! Host and property manager were so nice and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfectly situation between the vast, wavy, deep blue Atlantic ocean on the backside of the property and the calm, shallow, clear caribbean in front of the property. We loved enjoying both areas, especially the Atlantic side by day and the front side by sunset. The condo was great, the property was beautiful, the property manager (Brett) was helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Relaxation at its finest.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet beautiful place to escape for our 10 year anniversary and this property was perfect. Spent hours enjoying the beautiful deck and the view. The pool and the beach were added perks. We would definitely return.

Nicely decorated and we loved having the clubhouse available to get together for our meals and just hang out. Had a very well stocked kitchen as well. We would definitely come back!
