The space:
Our home features 4 comfortable bedrooms, including two with queen beds, one with a full bed, and a large bunk room (which has two twin-over-full bunk beds and a pull-out sleeper)—perfect for kids or large groups. There are 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate everyone with ease.

You’ll find plenty of space to gather, whether it's in the classic game room with a poker table and pool table, or outside on the expansive deck with a grill, lounge seating, dart board and dining table for al fresco relaxing (please note that outside amenities are generally closed for the season between late October and mid-May, weather dependent).

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals:
-Plates, glasses, and cutlery for 12.
-Full-size fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
-Drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, air fryer, bakeware, and utensils.
-Cooking staples like oil, salt, pepper, and all basic spices.

Home amenities include:
-Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs.
-Washer and dryer.
-Heating and air conditioning.
-Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries.
-Hairdryers in all bathrooms.
-Ample driveway parking.
-Beach towels and chairs.
-For families, we also provide a high chair and portable crib to make traveling with little ones easier.

The home is regularly inspected by the city of Jamestown to meet building and fire department regulations. Safety features include:
-Smoke alarms.
-Carbon monoxide detectors.
-Fire extinguishers.
-First aid kit.

Other things to note:
-Please note that we have security cameras on the outside of the home only for safety reasons.
-Please note that by booking this listing you agree to the rules as stated: no parties please. In addition, outside noise must be kept to a minimum from 10pm - 8am.
-Finally, please note that due to the home’s proximity to the main road leading into Newport, there may be some street noise on the patio or outdoor areas. This noise can generally not be heard from inside the house, and all interior spaces remain quiet and comfortable.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, the game room with pool table and game room setup, and the outdoor deck with grill and lounge seating (mid-May through early October, weather dependent). You’ll also have access to the washer and dryer, driveway parking, and all listed amenities.

As this is also our personal home, there are a few owner-use-only closets that are clearly marked and kept locked. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the space as your own during your stay!
