Enjoy a relaxing stay in this two-story condo located in a quiet, private gated community near beautiful Lake Cumberland. It’s the perfect getaway for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful lakeside setting.

The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and a full bathroom. The lower level includes a private bedroom with two comfortable beds and its own full bathroom. Large high-definition TVs with Dish service are available on both levels.

Step outside to two private balconies — one off the living area and one from the lower-level bedroom — offering peaceful wooded views and a relaxing place to unwind after a day on the lake.

Our family owns and personally manages this condo and takes pride in providing a clean, comfortable experience for our guests. The neighboring unit (I-3) is also family-owned and located just steps away, making this a great option for extended family or groups traveling together.

Please note: This property includes interior and exterior stairs.

The beds were comfy, the towels were so soft, the kitchen had what you needed! We were there to enjoy the lake and this was a perfect place to stay!

Perfect lake weekend

Property is close to the state dock on Cumberland so it was perfect for us and our boat. They have parking area for your boat too. There’s a nice pool in the complex the kids enjoyed before the lake each day. The condo was perfect. It was clean and the beds were comfortable which is all we needed! 10/10 would stay again!

Excellent condo for a weekend getaway!

Check in was easy and condo was stocked with everything needed for a great weekend getaway. Excellent and prompt communication with host. Would definitely stay here again! Access to the heated community pool was an added bonus and the condo is just a short drive to public lake access.
