This property is located in a remote part of the South Island of New Zealand, accessible only by helicopter (included in the room rate). This property provides return shuttle service from most central hotels (excludes private residences) in Queenstown or Te Anau to the helicopter departure point in Milford Sound, or guests can meet at the helicopter departure point via their own transport. From Queenstown, guests are picked up at 6:30 AM (and onwards) from hotels OR at 6:30 AM at The Station Building, Duke Street. From Te Anau, guests are picked up at 9 AM. Check-in time is 11:30 AM at the Milford Helicopters Office in Milford Sound. Guests will arrive at Milford Sound from the property at approximately 2:40 PM. The shuttle will arrive in Queenstown at approximately 7:30 PM, and in Te Anau at approximately 5 PM.
