Villa Royal is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Maslenica, just 30 km from the historic city of Zadar and 600 meters from the crystal-clear sea, making it the perfect choice for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Built in 2022, Villa Royal features a contemporary design and offers 260 m2 of luxurious interior space on a 622 m2 property. Spread across two floors, it can accommodate up to 10 guests, with an ideal capacity for 8.

The ground floor boasts a spacious living room equipped with a two sofa bed (90x200 cm), a loveseat, a coffee table, and a TV. There’s also a cozy nook with a coffee machine and wine fridge, perfect for morning coffee lovers or evening gatherings over a glass of wine. Entertainment options include a billiards table, an exercise orbitrek, and a PlayStation console, while the modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and an 8-person dining area makes meal preparation and enjoyment a true delight.

Villa Royal has four elegant bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Three upstairs bedrooms feature king-size beds (180x200 cm), while the fourth, located on the ground floor, offers two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined if needed. The upstairs bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony with comfortable seating, and all villa spaces provide stunning sea views.

The outdoor terrace is a true relaxation haven. Refresh in the 34 m2 saltwater heated pool with electrolysis, or sunbathe on one of the eight loungers. A charcoal/wood barbecue and an outdoor dining table for eight are perfect for al fresco evenings, while additional deluxe loungers and three outdoor seating sets ensure ample space for every guest.

For added convenience, guests have access to a washing machine, dryer, and iron, as well as a highchair and baby cot. The sofa in the living room can serve as an extra bed for one person. The villa's courtyard is fully fenced and offers three private parking spaces, with an additional three spaces located outside the property.

Maslenica is an excellent starting point for exploring the Dalmatian coast and its attractions. Nearby, the island of Pag awaits with Zrće, the world-famous party beach, while the royal town of Nin entices history lovers with its narrow streets and the Church of the Holy Cross, the smallest cathedral in the world. Dalmatian gastronomy offers unforgettable flavors – fresh fish, seafood, and olive oil are must-tries in every local tavern.

A special feature is the 40 m2 outdoor canopy with glass walls providing UV protection, allowing guests to enjoy the terrace throughout the day. Additionally, guests have access to three refrigerators – a standard one, a king-size model with an integrated ice maker, and a wine fridge – perfect for storing all refreshing drinks. The bedrooms are equipped with elegant vanity tables, while the living room is enhanced by a cozy king-size ottoman for maximum comfort.
