Suite was very spacious - made for a comfortable stay. Wish the hot tub was larger or more than one. Walls were paper thin in living room area, could hear the people next door word fit word!

Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and nice towels. Parking was easy with multiple doors to get to you room instead of just the main one. Hot tub, pool and sauna were clean with plenty of towels. Staff were all friendly. I rated it a 4 overall due to the fact that there is no way to control the heat and cold in your room, I had to have the window open the whole trip. Would recommend this hotel for sure!

Dishes were dirty, some old and no longer should be provided for use. The bedding duvet was covered in stains. So grosse. Walls paper thin, can hear everything between rooms. Was fine during the week but the weekend was terribly loud. Pool area is nice. Front desk Staff were very apologetic and helpful with changing bedding and moderating noise. Will not be staying again.

The website does not reflect the current state of the property. The property is very run down and amenities don’t exist that are shown in pictures on website. The pools available were so over taken by rowdy people they could not be used. Would not recommend this hotel false adverting for sure.

Staff at front desk was great and assisted us with everything that we needed. Indoor hot tub out of service with no signage explaining what was happening with it. A large flat screen TV in the Lobby main foyer seating area would be nice just showing Jasper area sites and visitor information no volume needed. Room was too warm and stuffy we had the thermostat to its lowest setting and we still had to open the windows. For a large kitchenette shared room the washroom has no counter space and no his and her sinks.

The price was within my budget. The outdoor hottub and pool were a perfecct way to end a day of skiing. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet.
