I liked the feel of the hotel upon walking in the lobby. Our neighbour was listening to adult content on their tv so loudly that it sounded like they were in our room. We had to ask to be moved to another room. The insulation in the walls needs improvement. Our upgraded room had a very odd set up when showering in the jacuzzi tub? It was a strange setup all around. The bed was creaking when you rolled over and the sofa was old and stained. We did like that the bedroom was farther from the noisy hallway. The stay was good but there’s a lot of work to be done. We would love to stay in the new renovated suites attached to the hotel next time.

Upon checking in at 3pm, we were tokd our room wasn't ready even though I had booked a month in advance. The hot tub was very unclean, the pool had blow up toys which children were hitting everywhere and smacking people with who were trying to enjoy the hot tub, the rooms thermostat didnt work so it was too warm, and when the front desk was contacted, they weren't concerned but provided a plug in fan.

It's a good property and they are doing renovations but we were woken up at 7am from the work going on. We get it given that Jasper is trying to rebuild but 7am feels a little early. Other than that, the beds are comfy and it's great that they allow dogs

Had a nice stay at this property. Was in one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was really beautiful. I liked that there was a kitchenette, and the room was quiet.

The new rooms are fantastic! The staff were very helpful and upgraded us when unfortunately our room (in the older area of the hotel) had an odd chemical or smoke smell. We learned the new rooms are more spacious, impeccable and worth the difference in price. Next time we come, we will book those rooms.

We found this property to be excellent for our recent stay in Jasper. We stayed in one of the refurbished suites which was comfortable, beautifully designed and the bathroom was great. Location was ideal as we were able to walk out to try some.of the great restaurants nearby.
