Rooms in new wing of hotel are excellent. The buffet breakfast was very ordinary. Flavorless scrambled eggs Checkout process clumsy snd time consuming if s security deposit js taken at checkin.

Our room was fantastic! Very clean and spacious and a nice balcony. We were in the new building which is connected to the main older building bis pedway. Parking was great, as were the restaurants and pool. My only negative comment is that the steam room didn’t get very hot….but at least there was one.

Clean, quiet location. I'm sure the fire delayed their renovations, which are still much needed. This is a large and better than typical property in Jasper. Higher quality than most and within walking distance to town.

Booked the kitchenettes and they were perfect. Washroom was so spacious. Our son uses a wheelchair and had no issues at all. Patio was perfect. The view was amazing every morning with coffee. The pool and hot tub were really good as well. The restaurant had really good food and ambience. Will definitely be back.

Our stay at Forest Park Hotel was truly lovely. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—especially a wonderful lady named Star, who made our experience even more special with her kindness and attentiveness. She really stood out and deserves a huge shoutout! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, with gorgeous views that made waking up in the morning feel magical. The whole vibe of the place was peaceful and comforting—exactly what we needed. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable stay. Would definitely come back again!

The hotel was nice and clean, and everything and everyone was nice. I wish the hotel had a hot tub that was open a little later and possibly outdoors to be able to enjoy it as a couple.

Was a bit unhappy to pay for an upgrade but get a ground floor room with a view of the side of a building. I had no idea I had to specify that I would like a good view when paying for an upgrade. Beds were very hard, pillows too flat and remind me of hospital pillows. Wish there was a fan or some kind of ventilation noise to cover up the sound of people coming in and out (our room was closest to the entrance). I did ask to be moved but there were no other rooms
