I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last year, there is a new wing to the hotel, but I never get booked into those rooms, I land up in the old area which needs a lot of improvement

We had stayed here before, I think we might have been in an older section. The room was really average or even below. There were burned out light bulbs, the outlets didn't all work, fixtures were coming off, bathroom was really small. There used to be a little coffee cart in the main hallway in the mornings. The pool closes really early for a family-focused hotel at 9:00pm. The restaurant wasn't open for some reason on the Friday morning of our stay. Just an average, unimpressive stay overall.

We had a great family weekend to Jasper. The pool was really nice but a bit busy. It’s nice that we didn’t have to go outside to go to the pool. The food was delicious!

The house keeping could use a lot of improvement. We got to our room and crumbs everywhere, dirty dishes and garbages still full from previous guest. We ended up doing the dishes. We mentioned it to the front desk and it didn’t improve much throughout our stay. The room was nice, but like I said it would better if cleaned proper.

Loud.

Two rooms for family. Kitchen room was much smaller. It was the weekend, and so it was expected to be busy. Quiet time starts at 11:00, and it was impossible to put kids down before that time. Very loud.
