Stylish modern villa in Javea

Modern villa / holiday home (210 m2) with all possible amenities and large well-kept garden (1400 m2) with private swimming pool and large chill & lounge terrace. Beautiful view over a valley in a quiet area.
Suitable as a holiday destination in summer and winter or as a 'working from home' location.
Due to the COVID crisis, we use late cancellation fees (only from 1 month before the holiday date) to give you the flexibility to make the final travel decision just before the departure date!
Close to the Arenal beach (4.1 km), the beautiful picturesque city center (5.5 km), the Javea golf club (4.7 km) and a large supermarket (3.1 km).
The villa consists of the main villa and an apartment with separate entrance (through the garden).
Main Villa:
Spacious and bright central living room with modern open kitchen and terrace.
3 bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house, all renovated in 2016.
The kitchen is very well equipped with large induction plate, oven, microwave, double door fridge, ice maker, filtered water, Nespresso machine, etc., etc.
All bedrooms have central air conditioning. The entire house has central heating.
Apartment (separate entrance):
For 3 people with a bedroom, a living room with one more bed and a kitchenette and a bathroom.
Ideal for families: Wii console, WiFi, Internet TV (incl. Netflix), many books and games available (most in Dutch).
Outdoor lounge with Ibicenco awning, lounge set, dining table and Weber gas barbecue set.
All linen, including large beach towels are included.
An outside (covered) fully equipped gym is available overseeing the beautiful garden and valley.
Covered carport for 2 cars.

Great villa, plenty of space, nice pool and air conditioning

Really enjoyed our stay here for a family of seven. Plenty of space inside and around the pool. All clean and tidy and everything we needed.Really quiet area and only a short drive to Javea.

Beautiful modern villa

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay with 2 other couples at this lovely villa which is situated in a great position for access to the arenal and port , we were greeted by Johan on arrival who was very generous with his time and very happy to help. We have been travelling to javea for over 30 years and I would recommend this villa without hesitation.

Excepcional Villa

Hemos pasado unas buenísimas vacaciones en familia ya que la casa esta estupendamente equipada para disfrutar al máximo, sobre todo la zona exterior y la piscina son un lujo. Ubicada en un entorno muy tranquilo pero tan solo a 7 minutos en coche de la playa de El Arenal, y a apenas 15 ó 20 minutos de las principales calas de la zona. No hemos echado nada de menos, muy limpia y cuidada, lo cual es de agradecer sobre todo en la situacion actual. Para repetir!

Lovely villa in the countryside near Javea

Excellent quality accommodation in a spacious and very well-equipped 4-bedroomed villa with a nice pool and lovely view of the surrounding countryside. For our summer vacation, as a family, we really enjoyed just spending time at the villa around the pool and using the outside dining and barbeque facilities. Highly recommended.

Fantastisch!

Een heerlijk huis met prima voorzieningen. Ligging op 7 autominuten van Arenal. Tuin met bijna volledige privacy. Ons verblijf van 3 weken in september 2022 was geweldig.

Muy bien la casa pero los servicios exteriores regular

Buenos días Bonita casa, equipada como en las fotos pero los servicios exteriores mal. La iluminación de la piscina no funcionaba, la iluminación de los jardines tampoco… Los dos últimos días no pudimos bañarnos en la piscina porque era una charca completamente verde. Lo avisamos al responsable tres dias antes pero nunca fue nadie…

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit verbracht in dieser außergewöhnlichen Villa. Das Haus ist geräumig, modern und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünscht und mehr. Zustand und Sauberkeit sind top. Die Lage war ein Traum - sehr ruhig und grün mit tollem Blick über sanft geschwungene Täler. Auch der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Sitzecken war wundervoll angelegt. So würde man sein eigenes Haus bauen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort war vorbildlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Semana fantastica

Hemos pasado una semana genial en esta villa. Cumple todas las espectativas, las fotos no engañan para nada. Limpieza y funcionalidad. La barbacoa de gas una pasada. La persona de contacto Johan, siempre dispuesto te arregla cualquier contratiempo. Si tengo que decir un "pero", la zona del apartamento necesita algo de reforma, pero esta totalmente limpia y habitable. Nos han comentado que tienen pensado reformar.

Maravillosas vacaciones con ganas de más

Hemos tenido unas fantásticas vacaciones en familia, la casa fabulosa con todas las comodidades, la piscina un poco pequeña pero estupenda y muy limpia, además nos facilitaron todo tipo de hinchables que tanto pequeños como mayores hemos disfrutado. Johan nos recibió muy puntual y con fantásticas sorpresas refrescos fresquitos, aperitivo y un vino fantástico, además de la bolsa de la playa que nos vino genial. Por sacar alguna pega le pondría alguna luz exterior más en la mesa exterior ya que por la noche a la hora de la cena no se veía mucho. Solucionado con velas que también tuvo un punto romántico. Las calas fantásticas igual que la playa de Jávea y el entorno. Seguro que repetimos🥰🥰
