About this property

Rocky Branch Retreat on 33 acres with fenced yard, fireplaces & deck

Relax and unwind at our 200 year old historic homestead, which was once an actual schoolhouse. Many renovations, including updated bathrooms, offer all the comforts of home.

We are just a mile from the Jay Covered Bridge, 15 minutes to Whiteface Mt. & less than 30 minutes to Lake Placid.

There are two fireplaces, a Smart TV, an outdoor firepit, fenced in yard, a babbling brook (hence our name) & 33 acres to explore.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom, laundry room, deck and porch are all available for guests enjoyment. The sunroom leads to the deck, that boasts gorgeous mountain views. The master bedroom with a King, is located on the main level.
We do have a futon upstairs for additional guest sleeping.

We love dogs and our outdoor space and fenced in yard are ideal for your furry friend to travel along.
During your stay at this farm stay, you'll be within walking distance of Historic Jay Covered Bridge. Features include laundry facilities.
