Great property - an hour walk from F1

I stayed here for the F1 race because the prices were much more reasonable than most places. It was about an hour walk each way in nice warm weather. Probably quicker than getting a taxi in the evenings due to the amount of traffic in the area. The room was beautiful, I was very impressed with the room, the hotel and the staff. I was told breakfast was included and would be delivered to my room if I requested but unfortunately I didn’t get to try it out. The front entrance is somewhat underwhelming compared to the rest of the property. Areej was exceptionally helpful upon checkout. Traffic was a little noisy in the evenings but it was easy to ignore. This is Jeddah, traffic noise is likely to be the same everywhere because they live to beep their horn! I emailed the hotel prior to my stay to ensure I would be ok to arrive at 4am and had an instant response to tell me this would not be a problem. Overall I would definitely revisit, this property was perfect for me.

Totally not recommend

Window air conditions with extremely high noise. Old furniture Took them 13 hours to fix the TV and ended up by replacing the room at 1am cause they dont have a replacement TV Stayed for 2 Nights and house keeping didnt clean the room Room was extremely noisy even when ACs were off 2md night the parking was full and parked my car on the street away from the hotel Was very bad experience.

OK hotel with gigantic room and kitchen facility

Jeddah is not a tourist city. Hotel located on main street - nothing interesting around aside from small shops and small restaurants. So it's a place to sleep. Rooms are large, but old and not very well maintained. Kitchen with tow plates and a few other utensils - good for eating something you bought, but not for cooking.

strongly recommended

it was an amazing hotel , every thing was good , hospitality & team experience . but the only issue that the rooms near to street not insulated very well to sound. at night the traffic is very noisy if you are sleeping. and the TV has no paid channels such as ( Bein Sports , OSN cahnnels .. )
