Super clean and spacious rooms. Great staff. Excellent restaurant in the hotel. The issue is the rust on some of their appliances and garbage cans, which requires minor touch ups.

I had an excellent stay at the Ibis Jeddah City Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt like a valued guest. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed, offering everything needed for a relaxing and productive stay. Housekeeping was outstanding, ensuring the room remained spotless throughout. The hotel’s central location is perfect close to the Corniche, shopping areas, and cultural attractions making it very convenient for both business and leisure. The on-site dining options provided fresh and tasty meals, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices to start the day right. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality and genuine care shown by the entire team. They consistently went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend Ibis Jeddah City Center for anyone visiting Jeddah it truly deserves five stars for service, comfort, and overall experience.
